However, if you are having difficulty with your sling, please thoroughly read the instructions that were sent with your sling.If you are still having trouble please contact us, as we are more than happy to assist you in any way we can by giving you advice on how to use and enjoy your sling.
Keep in mind, time spend bonding with your baby in a sling is well worth the effort learning how to use your sling.
General Return Policy
Items returned must be in new, unused, undamaged and unwashed condition as stated in our ‘Condition of Carrier’ policy statement.
Returned packages must be shipped back to us Prepaid. We do not accept ‘Cash on Delivery’ or third party billing for returned merchandise.
All returned slings are charged a $5 restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted on sale items.Exchanges only.
‘Condition of Carrier’ Policy
We will not accept for return any carrier that is damaged by being stained, cut, torn or altered in any way.Nor will we accept a carrier that is unhygienic, by being dirty with spit up, lotion or other substances, faded or worn excessively, containing lint, animal hair, smelling of pet odour, cigarette smoke, perfume, lotion or other fragrances.Any sling that does not meet the condition of carrier requirements will be sent back to the purchaser who will have to pay the shipping costs.Shipping charges to return these items to the original buyer must be prepaid before the item will be sent.
Orders returned within the first 30 days
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the shipping date (as per the invoice) will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.All returns must comply with the Condition of Carrier requirements.
Orders Returned after 30 days
Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your purchase.Merchandise credit is non refundable. All returns must comply with the Condition of Carrier requirements. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Orders returned after 30 days but before 90 days
Refunds for items (including gifted items) returned within 90 days of the purchase date will be in the form of merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.Please allow for 10 business days from when we receive your gift return for processing.All returns must comply with the Condition of Carrier requirements. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Returnsafter 90 days will not be accepted
Any merchandise received after 90 days of the shipping date will not be accepted for credit or refund. The items will be returned to sender at their own expense.Shipping charges will be requested by whatever payment method the buyer originally used, or will be determined at that time.Buyers who refuse to pay the return shipping charges will not receive their sling.
Repayment
Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment was made.Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We aim to process your refund within 2 weeks of receipt of your returned merchandise; however your banking institution may take another 14 days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Bundle with Love.
In order to deal with your return please ensure the following steps are taken:
Print and complete the appropriate return/exchange form from our website, www.bundlewithlove.com.
Ensure a copy of the completed form will accompany your return.
Be sure to include either a money order or a Paypal account email to cover the $5 US restocking fee
It is important that you include all tags, instructions and shipping labels.
After confirming the above actions, ensure that both the documents and the returned merchandise are packaged securely.

Manufacturing Defects
All of our products are inspected carefully and strictly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping to ensure that you received the highest quality sling possible. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.Should your sling develop a manufacturing problem within one year of shipment we may still be able to help by repairing/replacing your sling free of charge.
It is important to note that we will not repair or replace the sling due to normal wear and tear, defect of the sling case, and defect of the elastic toy loop or laundry mishaps. If possible, your sling will be repaired, however should the sling defect be proven beyond repair we would replace your sling.
Should the returned merchandise NOT meet our company repair criteria (please see the conditions mentioned above), there are 2 options:
Option 1: The item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchasers cost.
Option 2: The item can be repaired after the cost has been established.The minimum is $5.00.
Consequently, it is advisable to contact us to clarify the defect issue prior to shipping the sling.
Shipping
We offer free shipping to the US on most products.We charge $5 US flat fee per sling for within Canada and to other worldwide destinations.All shipments are shipped using CANADA POST unless otherwise requested.Additional shipping charges apply to all express shipping and tracked shipping methods.Should you need to return or exchange your sling, we will not refund your shipping costs unless Bundle with Love has made an error, e.g. shipped the wrong sling or mislabelled the sling.We also reserve the right to charge an additional handling fee of $5 for large orders. Please note that we will gladly ship your order to any country for which Canada Post offers insurance.
Damaged and Lost Shipments
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.If any of the packing is damaged be sure to note this on the freight bill.
Once you have shipped your package, it must arrive at Bundle with Love to be considered returned.
Lost packages are the responsibility of the buyer and any shipping disputes should be directed to the freight carrier used.
